This is your lucky day.

The first one I don't know for sure, but I believe if you used self-rising flour would make a great batter for fried fish or like a tempura batter for vegetables or shrimp.

The the one from your own handwriting looks like a cookie dough recipe to me.

Then the one that has 2 cans of eagle brand and 6 12-oz cans orange crush and the Pineapple is a recipe to make a frozen ice cream type dessert. I think the strawberry shasta notation is a reminder for a substitution for flavor variation? The way I remember making this was 1 can eagle brand and 1 can (or maybe 2?) of grape soda. Mix well and pour in a loaf pan and freeze.

The Eagle brand, bananas and and whipped cream is a pie. Mommasheesh is exactly right. Only the way I do it is with a regular pie crust instead of the graham cracker crust (which would totally make it awesome and I am going to try it that way next time) then you line the crust with the sliced bananas all over. Boil the cans of Eagle brand completely submerged in lots of water for at least 2 hours and then let cool before you even dream of taking a can opener to those cans. Pour the newly-made caramel over the bananas and let cool. Cover with whipped cream. that is one of my all-time favorite desserts.

Thanks for sharing this little trip down memory lane with us!LisaPiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17009040876180712416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8575611281212353750.post-59935502196167282802010-11-19T17:53:49.436-08:002010-11-19T17:53:49.436-08:00the 2 cans of eagle brand you boil for 4 hours, th...the 2 cans of eagle brand you boil for 4 hours, then scoop them into the pie crust(baked) then put the bananas and whipped cream on top -- that's the only one I remotely recogniseMommaSheeshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05965349374537535449noreply@blogger.com
